Adventure Summary
There is no such thing as an easy trek. Our introductory level walks involve trekking for up to 5- 6 hours a day at a slow but steady pace.
These treks do not spend time at altitudes above 4000m and are usually a week in duration
You will need a reasonable level of fitness.

These treks may spend successive days at altitude and are usually between 10-15 days in duration.

Join us for a 10 day adventure, 6 days of cycling through the breathtaking countryside of Cambodia, where you will visit the incredible ruins of Angkor Wat, and the vibrant city of Phnom Penh, before spending several days at one of our current projects,
working along side the local community, sharing their hardships, their progress and their joy first hand as you work in partnership to change their lives for the better.
