The Difference You'll Make

By embarking on the Trek for Shelter Kokoda 2024, you’ll raise awareness about the support ShelterBox New Zealand provides when a crisis strikes.
The funds you raise will make a huge impact on the resources ShelterBox can provide to those in need. Your contribution to ShelterBox New Zealand will mean they can support the development of resilient communities, helping to reduce the impact of future disasters. It’s safe to say the impact that you make will go far beyond the duration of the challenge in Kokoda.
ShelterBox New Zealand envisions a world where no one goes without shelter after a disaster. By hitting the fundraising target of $3,500, your funds could go towards 116 solar lights, 70 water filters, 35 shelter kits, 7 relief tents or 3 complete ShelterBoxes. The funds you raised will touch hundreds of lives, when it's needed the most.
