5 - 8 March, 2025: Three Capes, TAS
On this adventure you'll explore some of Tasmania's most spectacular sights over four fantastic days of walking and sightseeing.
Starting from Hobart, you’ll quickly make your way to the wild, rugged start of the trek at Cape Hauy. From your nightly base in a comfortable lodge, you’ll explore some of the towering clifftops, flowering coastal heathland and rainforest pockets that make this one of the best trekking destinations in the world. From Crescent Bay to Shipstern Bluff to Mount Brown, each landmark is more spectacular than the next.

3 PEAKS TREK 2023 - By Keren Ludski, Red Nose CEO
In November 2023, I joined a small group of bereaved families on the adventure of a lifetime – the 3 Peaks NSW Challenge!
Covering Mount Kosciuszko, Etheridge Ridge and Mt Carruthers (over 22km!) in just one day was an incredible experience to say the least and one that definitely tested even the fittest and most prepared of our group!
But what stood out to me most was how the incredible and unique experience brought us together in ways none of us had expected.
Each one of us on the Trek had lived experience of loss and decided to brave the wilderness in memory of our loved ones lost far too soon.
And when each of us faced that inevitable difficult moment?
It was thoughts of our precious babies and children, while being surrounded by others who truly understood, that helped us through those moments.
It’s incredible to think we faced such a physical and emotional challenge, all in the name of funding research, supporting bereaved families and helping to save little lives.
Together, the twelve of us raised an incredible $43,000.
An amazing effort that wouldn’t have been possible without our friends, family members and colleagues supporting our efforts along the way.
